The History Of Red Moai

R e d – M o a i

Today in #CocktailCulture I’m gonna let you know a little bit about Christian J. Rolon, bartender at The Regent Cocktail Club and one of his cocktails named Red Moai. It’s been almost five years since he started working behind the bar as a barback and eventually became a bartender. At some point during the first couple of months he realized he had found his passion. “To me tend a bar goes way beyond making a drink. I met many people through out my career who taught me  what hospitality is about and how to create experiences for people while you’re working. It’s what I love about my job, connecting with people for those minutes or maybe hours that they spend with you at the bar.” Of course he also enjoy playing with ingredients and making new cocktails for his guests. Tomorrow I bring you the recipe of this great #cocktail. #cheers
