Today in #CocktailCulture I introduce you Willy Estrada, Bartender/Someliér at Komodo restaurant and his Cocktail “Dragon Punch”.

He is working in the restaurant & bar industry for 15 years. Started working the bar 12 years ago in a small pool tiki bar in los Angeles California. “During all my time in restaurants and bars I had the chance to work with amazing celebrity chefs and mixologists, learn about different flavors and concepts and understand that to make a perfect drink the possibilities are endless.”
“Although I am a rum type of guy, I take a lot of my influence in crafting cocktails from Asian culture, their flavors and their spirits… the detail, precision, elegance and perfection to create something the guest at my bar will fall in love with.”
He also is a great someliér and always brings the best service for all his guest.

2oz Greygoose Vodka.
1.75oz Strawberry puree.
1oz Lime juice
1oz Simple sirope
0.5oz St Germain.
All ingredients shaken together.
Cocktail tiled with prosecco and garnished with torched rosemary and 2strawberry hearts.
